City License Clerk

The City License Clerk is responsible for maintaining the Business License, Contractor License, Solicitor/Peddler, Mobile Merchant/Temporary and Alcohol licenses for the City of Neosho.  

Business License Requirements

  • Certificate of No Tax Due from MO-DOR
  • Zoning clearance
  • Completed Business License Application
  • License Fee

  • General Liability Insurance (100K BI and 50K Property)
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance or WC134
  • Completed Contractor License Application
  • License Fee

  • Police Department and City Manager approval
  • Missouri State Liquor permit
  • Completed Liquor License Application
  • License Fee
