Mission
The mission of the City of Neosho Finance Department is to effectively and efficiently plan, budget, monitor, control, review, and reconcile the financial activities of the city. Our department is committed to enhancing and maintaining the fiscal stability of our city and ensuring that our city has the resources to serve our residents.

- Financial planning and administration
- Annual budget preparation
- Utility billing
- Accounts payable
- Cash collections
- Payroll processing
- Oversight of our system of internal controls in order to safeguard city assets
We also provide support services to City Departments and coordinate the annual financial statement audits of the city.
