   This is a request for records under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, Revised Statutes of Missouri.

   Please describe the records as specifically as possible. Are you requesting records that cover only a particular period, such as last year or a specific month, identify that time period.

   Once the Sunshine Request has been received in the City of Neosho office of the City Clerk, the City Clerk will reach out to you within 3 days to confirm your request and ask any additional details regarding your request. The City Clerk will then inform you of the cost of your request.   Payment must be made prior to any records being searched or processed.
