Neosho Events

The City of Neosho holds two annual events each year, Celebrate Neosho and the Fall Festival. 

Celebrate Neosho

Held the last Saturday of June, each year, we celebrate independence, heroes, family, neighbors, the outdoors, the arts, and all things wonderful about our little corner of the Ozarks. With festivities returning to their downtown roots, this year's fun will take place on and around the historic downtown Neosho courthouse square, as well in neighboring Morse Park.

Fall Festival

The Fall Festival is held the first Saturday of each October in Historic Downtown Neosho. This is an arts and craft-centered festival presented by the City of Neosho with supporting roles provided by the local Neosho Arts Council and the Newton County Historical Society among others.

Events in and around Neosho

Many events occur within the City of Neosho, but only a portion of these events are managed and funded by the City. Events managed and funded by the City of Neosho are accessible through the links provided on the left side of this page. Other events can be found through the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce and the Facebook pages of Neosho Area Community Events or the City of Neosho. The Facebook pages will require the user to have login access. These pages regularly publish information regarding events throughout the City of Neosho and the surrounding area for a wide range of local and visiting promoters.
